Residents of the special economic zone “Alga” and the industrial park “Ufa”, which in June became part of the SEZ, estimated the investment infrastructure in preferential zones by 4.80 points as of July. Such results were shown by a survey of residents conducted by the Bashkortostan Development Corporation, which is their management company. In 2022, the survey result for the same period was 4.67 points.
– Feedback is an important part of the support of an investment project. Especially when the investor has already started implementing his initiative. So, being a management company, the Corporation always strives to provide our residents with comfortable conditions. Therefore, communication with them allows us to improve the quality of services and remain a reliable partner for those who have chosen Bashkortostan for doing business,” said Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The survey was conducted by 12 respondents who assessed the availability of free space, satisfaction with the range and quality of services provided, the effectiveness of the support measures provided to residents, as well as the availability of existing support measures to residents who implement projects at investment infrastructure facilities.
Earlier, the Russian Government decided to include the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park in the special economic zone “Alga”. Thus, taking into account the expansion, the total area of the SEZ is now 763 hectares, and the industrial park has received the status of its fifth site.
